Delivery Policy 

1. General Information 

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment or give you the option to back order the item. All shipments purchased on our website are shipped via Australia Post. A tracking number is uploaded to our website and an email notification is automatically send to your email address notifying you that your items have been shipped and the tracking number and method used.

2. Delivery Location 

Items offered on our website are available for delivery Worldwide (with some exceptions). It is your responsibility to ensure that if you have any import requirements into your country are met and to notify us at the time of purchase and provide us with any information we may require at the time of shipping.  

Import / Customs fees into your country are your responsibility and are not covered in Atlasworxs product pricing. Please check any Import/Customs charges prior to purchasing. 

3. Delivery Time 

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturday or Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. 

4. Delivery Instructions 

You can provide special delivery instructions on the checkout page of our website and we will do our best to meet them. If we are unable to, we will notify you by email. 

5. Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are added to your order when checking out on our website. These cost vary depending on your location, method of delivery and physical size/weight of order being shipped. For large orders we are happy to quote prior to your order being  placed. 

6. Damaged Items in Transport 

If there is any damage to the product on delivery, contact us immediately. 

7. Undelivered Items 

Any items undelivered and shipped back because of wrong address supplied by you, not picking up the item from the local post office, non – payment of import / custom fees will incur a reshipping fee. Any items cancelled due to non delivered items because of the mentioned above will be refunded less the delivery cost and restocking cost (10% of purchase price). 

9. Lost or Delayed Shipment 

If your parcel has not arrived in the expected delivery time it could be due to a number of follow reasons: 

  • Be sitting at your local post office awaiting collection. 
  • Delayed due to Covid 19 restrictions and limited flights. 
  • Be in Customs (International Customers) awaiting duties to be payed. 
  • Undeliverable due to wrong address given . 
  • Postal / Courier Error 

Please check the tracking number provided regularly and contact your local postal service / courier for information on the shipment to see if there is a delay that can be explained. If the item is 2 weeks past delivery times estimated, please contact us. We will make an inquiry with Australia Post or the courier used and have an investigation lodged if necessary. Please note, Australia Post investigations can take up to 6 weeks for overseas shipments and we ask for your patience. If after an investigation by Australia Post the shipment is deemed lost, we will resend the item at our cost.
